He is a Certified Member of the Financial Planners Standards Council in Canada and a member of Advocis, formerly the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. John has 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry. He is President of Northwood Mortgage Life, a company dedicated to the financial planning requirements of Northwood Mortgage clients. The focus is on both from their risk management (insurance) and wealth creation.
John is a much sought after public speaker regarding his area of expertise, mainly financial planning. He is chair and founder of Toronto Talks, a successful monthly speaking series featuring experts in and around the GTA. He hosts a bi-weekly TV-Radio show on ThatChannel called Money Talks Media. He is consistently recognized as one of the industries more forward thinking financial advisors. He has written numerous articles and is quoted regularily.
